What You’ll Do:
Analyze target company financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, cash flows, and debt/EBITDA adjustments.
Partner with senior leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients.
What We’re Looking For:
Background in accounting, finance, or consulting (CPA or CFA preferred).
Prior experience in Transaction Advisory, Audit, or Corporate Development with exposure to M&A.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
