Manager Transaction Advisory Services

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze target company financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, cash flows, and debt/EBITDA adjustments.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in accounting, finance, or consulting (CPA or CFA preferred).
• Prior experience in Transaction Advisory, Audit, or Corporate Development with exposure to M&A.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
