This is a structured, deadline-driven role where accuracy, consistency, and accountability are paramount. The ideal candidate thrives on routine, owns their responsibilities without prompting, and brings deep expertise in construction accounting and QuickBooks. Objectives: Take full ownership of the company's core accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
