Key Responsibilities Process seating capital expenditure (CapEx) invoices and partner with the Seating team and Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment and accurate general ledger coding. Reconcile multiple bank accounts associated with the Seating business. Prepare and maintain reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts and provide completed reconciliations to management for review and approval. Research discrepancies and prepare necessary adjusting journal entries following management review.
