This role will process payments to Firm vendors, refunds to Firm clients and garnishment payments to regulatory agencies. Responsibilities: Assist in the maintenance of the Firm's master vendor database. Help monitor and respond to Accounts Payable inquiries from a specific email/inbox. Assist in annual 1099 reporting requirements. Work with our attorneys, legal practice assistants, and paralegals on a regular basis. Requirements: Minimum of two years accounts payable experience is required. Associate or Bachelor's Degree in accounting is a plus.
