Description Key Responsibilities Supervise and develop the Accounting Clerks and General Cashier while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Oversee daily accounting operations, including cash handling, deposits, reconciliations, and general cashiering functions. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Monitor compliance with company accounting policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal controls.
