Description This position provides administrative and operational support for Accounts Payable and accounting systems across Concord's portfolio of hotels. Responsibilities include user setup and maintenance, systems administration, vendor onboarding, training and support for accounting platforms, invoice processing oversight, and ensuring compliance with established accounting procedures. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to effectively support both hotel and corporate associates. Responsibilities: Perform Ottimate training for new hotels. Set up new users in Ottimate with appropriate invoice approval policies. Setting up vendor EDI and email invoice delivery so invoices are sent directly into Ottimate for automated processing.
