Position Summary: The Financial Analyst (FA) partners with a team of management analysts to enhance performance at Conway Medical Center (CMC) and its affiliates by analyzing historical trends, benchmarking key metrics, and forecasting future outcomes. The FA also develops proformas, performs root cause analysis, and delivers accurate, timely data to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, or health care administration required. Master's Degree in closely related field preferred.
