Staff Accountant Red Cedar Construction Services is seeking a highly capable and detail oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance and accounting team. This is not an entry-level accounting role. The ideal candidate will be a strong, self sufficient accountant who can take ownership of key accounting functions, support month-end close, prepare reconciliations and journal entries, assist with financial reporting, and help improve accounting processes across a fast-growing construction and real estate development environment. This position will gain exposure to several areas of the business, including construction accounting, real estate development, partnership accounting, debt management, project cost accounting, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and daily accounting operations.
