Overview: Responsible for supporting Client Billing, Infor miscellaneous (non-patient) billing, and DTE (direct-to-employers) operations through account maintenance, billing support, collections activities, account reconciliation, reporting, and customer service. Ensures accurate client billing, Infor miscellaneous (non-patient) billing, and DTE (direct-to-employers) setup and maintenance, monitors outstanding receivables, resolves account discrepancies, supports client onboarding activities, and collaborates with operational, financial, and technical teams to promote timely billing and payment processes.
