Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting tasks, ensuring accurate general ledger maintenance and financial reporting.
• Support the month-end close process through journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Contribute to financial analysis and identify areas for improved efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist with year-end audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights that inform operational decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1+ year of hands-on, full-cycle accounting experience—ideally in a high-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, general ledger operations, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking with solid problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive team player with the drive to contribute beyond standard accounting duties.
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
