Accounts Payable Clerk - Automotive

We are looking for an experienced automotive accounting clerk. Must have worked in a AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP accounting office for at least 5 years as an accounts payable clerk, biller or warranty cancellation clerk. Experience in all three is the trifecta.

IF YOU HAVE NO AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE!

This is a fully remote role, full time position, which means we will be highly selective in choosing the right candidate.

You must exhibit a strong knowledge of the dealership accounting office processes. The best candidates will be detail oriented, have the ability to think and question if invoices or deals do not make sense and be capable of communicating any issues in a professional manner to those you are assigned to work with.

$24 - $28 hourly

• Working as part of a team to ensure client expectations are met
• Processing accounts payable accurately and timely
• Posting car deals accurately and timely based on guidelines
• Processing product cancellations timely and ensuring payments are made timely.
• Other accounting tasks that may be needed including researching schedules, pulling reports or compiling reports.

• Dealertrack DMS experience
• Clear understanding of a chart of accounts
• 5 years of automotive a/p or biller experience (required)
• Ability to communicate in both written and verbal format professionally.
