Senior Manager of Technical Accounting

Support other internal teams, Finance leaders, Controllers, CFOs etc. on technical accounting matters related to M&A projects including

Provide support on technical accounting matters related to M&A projects

Research accounting guidance, formulate technical accounting positions

Direct due diligence and acquisition processes

Business combinations, Purchase accounting, Integration, etc.

Serve as a subject matter expert on ASC accounting standards

Maintain SEC (10K’s-10Q’s, S-1/S-4) regulatory requirements

CPA

8 plus years’ experience

Big 4 experience

Thorough understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting

Open to limited travel
