About the Company:
Our client is a global credit investment manager with over $40 billion in AUM investing across public and private strategies, including a direct lending platform that provides customized financing solutions to middle-market companies across industries.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate month-end close process and review monthly NAV
Review complex investor allocations and PE style waterfalls
Prepare and analyze various reports for management, investors, and regulators
Oversee external administrator
Oversee the audit and financial statement process and liaise with auditors
Evaluate and perform various internal control functions
Various special projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years of experience at a public accounting firm, asset management firm, and/or fund administrator
CPA a plus
Strong Excel skills
Salary Range:
$90,000-$110,000...
