The A&A Manager is responsible for the efficient, accurate, complete and timely preparation of all A&A work. Advanced technical skills in a variety of accounting and audit areas, along with well-developed and applied management and supervisory skills are required. The A&A Manager supports the Firm’s goals and values through all professional communications and the maintenance of positive working relationships. Essential Functions: A role model who demonstrates consistent integrity within the professional environment and provides the example for Staff to learn from and model for their own success. Performs higher level A&A engagements and expands ability to perform or supervise new types of engagements.
