Director of Payroll and Benefits The Director of Payroll and Benefits is responsible for overseeing and managing the benefits and payroll processes for Pinnacle MEP Intermediate Holdco LLC. This role will be pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing comprehensive employee benefits programs, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Director of Payroll and Benefits will play a key role in the selection, implementation, and ongoing functionality of the Pinnacle HRIS platform. Additionally, this role will support various payroll accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit preparation. A strong knowledge of benefits administration, payroll regulations, and HRIS systems along with excellent analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are crucial to this role.
