ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK JOB SUMMARY: The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for processing accounts receivable transactions ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, and the collection of outstanding accounts. Process incoming payments via various methods (e.g., check, electronic transfer) and accurately post them to customer accounts. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES: Reconciliation of premium receivables. Monitor customer accounts for past-due balances and follow up with customers via phone, email, or mail to arrange payment.
