The (Part-Time) Accounts Payable / Payroll Administrator is responsible for assisting with the accurate administration and accounting for GPD’s payroll as well as accounts payable and assist with Finance/HR projects. This position requires flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
This PartTime (20hours/week), nonexdempt role is located in Salem, NH and will report to the Controller.
Essential Responsibilities:
Payroll:
Responsible for processing company payroll ensuring accurate calculation of wages, tax and benefit withholdings, and align with time and attendance requests.
Reviews and validates time records for regulatory and company compliance prior to payroll transmission. Verify work hours, sick time and vacation time for all employees against the timesheet submitted.
