Accounting/Operations Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
Responsible for overseeing the credit card program through Concur (expense management program). This entails issuing and canceling credit cards, monitoring spend, ensuring that expense reports are submitted timely and that proper documentation for all charges is received and properly coded. Upload credit card charges into an accounting system.
