About the Role:
Seeking a detail-oriented HR Accounting Admin Assistant with QuickBooks, Excel, and ADP experience. This hybrid role supports HR and Accounting (2 days/week). Construction industry experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
HR:
Assist with background checks, drug screens, and new hire paperwork
Support transition from ADP Run to ADP Workforce
Help process payroll, workers' compensation, and benefits
Manage employee files, annual reviews, and timecard issues
Assist with insurance renewals and other HR tasks
Accounting (2 days/week):
Credit card data entry, A/P, billing, scanning & filing
Support general accounting tasks as needed
