ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Reconciliation & Cash Management: Prepare and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliations, ensuring alignment between bank statements, internal financial records and actual cash disbursements. Maintain fixed asset and prepaid expense ledgers and prepare monthly fixed asset and prepaid expense amortization entries. Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies, settlements, and payment issues to minimize financial risk and enhance operational efficiency.
