Summary:
This position requires a thorough knowledge of bookkeeping and some knowledge of human resources and training management. The position requires handling sensitive financial information and ensuring deadlines are met in an accurate, timely and confidential manner. Individuals will need to be able to make posting decisions and work with Excel spreadsheets.
In addition to bookkeeping, this position includes receptionist duties, HR and training duties.

Accounts Payable
Matching bills to purchase order receipts
Entering bills and credits
Monitoring health and employee benefits invoices
Processing accounts payable checks
Entering credit card and ACH transactions
Answering vendor inquiries
Running and reviewing reports
Accounts Receivable
Daily invoicing of product shipments
Entering credits
Entering customer payments
Sending Customer Statements and past due notices
