The Specialist helps maintain good internal controls, payroll, and protect company assets while ensuring a professional office environment and good relationships with operations managers, customers, vendors, and other visitors. Responsibilities: Review, maintain, and correct payroll data, as well as process and reconcile payroll to ensure accuracy. Deposit checks, send confirmations to AR, and verify wire or ACH payments.
