The BAE Systems site in Aiken, South Carolina, supporting Combat Mission Systems is seeking a Quality Auditor (Dimensional Inspector). In this role as the Quality Auditor, you will support on the 2nd Shift.
Included duties:
With a coordinate measurement machine (CMM) inspect machined and/or welded parts to blueprint requirements for shipment to customer base.
Provide auditing support to shop floor operations.
Be able to support on the 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Graduate of ATDM Quality Program
Typically requires high school diploma or the equivalent.
Must have experience with and/or knowledge of basic inspection tools including scales, calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc.
Able to read, comprehend, and work to blueprints.
Able to support the 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm)....
